The room with all the amenities. The hotel had a favourable and convenient location close to the centre.

The rooms were excellent with a king size bed, the staff were wonderfully friendly. The location was comfortable, close to the downtown area, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, it was very close to the centre, Monterrey, and certain areas.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel felt worn out, and it was clear that there hadn't been any repairs since it was built over 20 years ago. The water in the shower was cold. To top it all off, there was constant noise from the reconstruction happening in the second part of the hotel, which disrupted my stay.

One downside was the pool. It could have been cleaner which was disappointing .
